Gregory Brackett

Caltius Capital Management

Greg joined Caltius in 2000. Previously, he was a Senior Accountant in the Investment Management Services Assurance Group of KPMG, where his clients included private equity firms, investment banks, mutual funds and credit unions. Greg received his B.A., magna cum laude, in Business Economics from the University of California at Los Angeles. Greg is a Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Financial Analyst.

Grace Chui-Miller

Correlation Ventures

At Correlation Ventures, Grace is responsible for the financial reporting of the firm’s investment funds as well as day-to-day management of firm-wide finance, operations and investment monitoring. In addition, Grace is responsible for investor relations and works closely with outside legal counsel on fundraising, operations and regulatory compliance matters. Grace has 20 years of professional experience in financial services and began her venture career in 1999. Prior to Correlation, Grace was the Chief Financial Officer of DCM, a technology-focused venture capital firm based in the Bay Area with over $2 billion under management, where she had oversight of global finance operations and advised portfolio company management teams, providing operational and financial guidance and assistance. Previously, Grace spent seven years at KPMG LLP, working as an audit manager on various privately and publicly-held clients in the financial services and information technology industry segments (including several venture capital funds and venture-backed portfolio companies). On a more personal note, Grace serves on the board of a local charitable organization and enjoys participating in triathlons (including one Ironman). She received an M.B.A from the Anderson School at the University of California, Los Angeles and a B.A. in Quantitative Economics and Decision Sciences from the University of California, San Diego. Grace is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of California.

Dana Kibler

Upfront Ventures 

Dana is the Chief Financial Officer of Upfront Ventures. Previously, she was with GRP Partners, after moving from The Walt Disney Company’s Corporate Finance group in 2004, where she was primarily responsible for the evaluation and execution of structured finance transactions. Prior to Disney, Dana worked for five years in investment banking for Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette and then Credit Suisse First Boston. Her responsibilities included capital raising as well as merger and acquisition advisory services for specialty retailing, healthcare, lodging, and broadcasting clients. While in business school, Dana worked for the private equity firm Shamrock Capital Advisors.

Dana received her MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management where she was a Price Center Venture Fellow. She received a BS in Finance from the University of Arizona.

William Miller

Angeleno Group

Mr. Miller is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Angeleno Group, and responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the business. He has more than 20 years of management level experience in the investment industry, including significant experience with private company investing, institutional and high net worth account management and hedge funds. Prior to joining Angeleno Group, Mr. Miller was the CFO of affiliated companies MuniMac Management Group and Themis Asset Strategies, both alternative asset investment companies. Previously, Mr. Miller was COO of Transamerica Investment Management where he was responsible for the day-to-day management of this $12 billion firm. Before Transamerica, he served as CFO for Kayne Anderson’s $6 billion collection of investment companies. Mr. Miller’s management experience began at the Pilgrim Group, a $3 billion mutual fund company, where he was Vice President of Accounting and CCO. He has a B.S. in Accounting from California State University, Northridge, where he graduated with honors, and holds a Certified Public Accountant designation (inactive) in the State of California.

Dana Moraly

Clearstone Venture Partners

Dana Moraly joined Clearstone Venture Partners in 1999 from Trust Company of the West (“TCW”) where she was responsible for overseeing the finance and operations of seven international private equity funds. Prior to joining TCW, Dana spent six years with Coopers & Lybrand (now PriceWaterhouseCoopers) as a Senior Manager in their merger & acquisition practice where she consulted on numerous transactions working with financial and strategic buyers. Dana also spent three years as a Senior Auditor with Deloitte & Touche.

Dana earned her MBA with honors from the Anderson School at the University of California at Los Angeles. Dana received her BA, cum laude, in Economics and Business from the University of California at Los Angeles.

In 1987, she was awarded the Elijah Watt Sells award for her performance on the CPA exam. Dana was recently selected to join the National Venture Capital Association’s CFO Task Force.
