Debra Bricker

Tower Three Partners

Debra joined Tower Three Partners in March 2015. Debra has over 16 years of private equity and financial management experience. Prior to joining Tower Three, Debra was the Chief Financial Officer at Harvest Partners, LP, a New York-based middle market private equity firm and registered investment adviser with more than $2 billion in assets under management. She also served as Harvest's Chief Compliance Officer from 2011 to 2013. Prior to joining Harvest, Debra was a Senior Accountant at Schroders in New York and Singapore. She began her career at Coopers & Lybrand in its capital markets division.

She has a B.B.A. degree in Accounting from Hofstra University and is a New York Certified Public Accountant.

Janice Chan

Clarion Capital Partners LLC

Janice Chan joined Clarion in 2007 as the Vice President of Finance. Previously, from 2000 to 2007, Janice was the Controller for the U.S. business of Apax Partners, a global private equity group. Prior to that and beginning in 1994, Janice was employed in various capacities, most recently as Audit Supervisor at Eisner, LLP, a New York-based public accounting firm. Janice graduated from Binghamton University in 1994 with a BS in Accounting and she is a Certified Public Accountant.

Adam Collins

Hycroft Capital

Adam J. Collins is the CFO and COO of Hycroft Capital since 216. Prior to this, he was a Managing Director and CFO at New Mountain Capital, L.L.C., which he joined in 2001. He previously worked at Goldman, Sachs & Co. from 1996-2000 in the Controllers group and in 2001 in the Real Estate Principal Investment area. Prior to Goldman Sachs, he worked at KPMG from 1994-1996. He received his B.S. in Accounting from Babson College in May 1994 and graduated summa cum laude, and currently sits on the college’s Board of Overseers. He is currently a director of New Mountain Finance Corporation, a publicly traded BDC. Previously he served on the boards of Apptis, Inc., Connextions, Inc., and Iron Bow, Inc.

Steven DeCillis II

Partner & Chief Financial Officer

Steve DeCillis joined AEA as Partner & Chief Financial Officer in 2011. He oversees finance and administration, human resources, information technology, and investor relations. Before joining AEA, Mr. DeCillis spent over 10 years at Ripplewood Holdings LLC, a middle market private equity firm, where he most recently served as Managing Director & Chief Financial Officer. While at Ripplewood, Mr. DeCillis managed a team responsible for accounting, operating and administrative functions.Prior to Ripplewood, Mr. DeCillis worked in the Assurance and Business Advisory Services practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Before joining PricewaterhouseCoopers, he worked in the Controllers Department at The Dreyfus Corporation.Mr. DeCillis is a Certified Public Accountant who received an M.B.A. from Columbia University and a B.S. in Accounting from Villanova University.

Joe Domonkos

American Securities

Joe Domonkos joined American Securities in 2011. He has overall responsibility for the accounting, tax and reporting team as well as all financial systems and processes at the firm. Prior to joining American Securities, Joe served as CFO of IREO/India Equity Partners and as CFO of Fenway Partners. Earlier in his career, he held senior finance and accounting leadership positions at Sotheby’s Holdings and Nabisco International. Joe began his career at Deloitte & Touche. He received a BS in Accounting from Rutgers University.

David Emmerich

Senior Managing Director

 David Emmerich is a Senior Managing Director at First Republic Bank, specializing in the alternative investment industry. He was previously a VP/Business Development Officer at Citizens Bank, and a VP at BankBoston. David is a graduate of the Suffolk University Sawyer School of Management, and a classic car enthusiast.

Puneet Gulati

Former CFO at Quadrangle

Mr. Gulati brings over 28 years of experience from the private equity, banking and accounting industries and is focused on financial administration, control and reporting. Prior to joining Quadrangle, Mr. Gulati spent 5 years at Evercore Partners where he held the position of Chief Financial Officer of the Investment Management Group. Prior to Evercore, Mr. Gulati was the Chief Financial Officer at JP Morgan Partners, Latin American Fund for 6 years and also held various accounting roles at Warburg Dillon Read LLC and Gruntal & Co., Inc. Mr. Gulati received a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Delhi University, New Delhi, India.

Robert Jackowitz

Mr. Jackowitz joined Pine Brook in April 2007 as chief financial officer. He is a managing director and currently serves as chief compliance officer. He is also a member of the Investment Committee.

Mr. Jackowitz has over 25 years of financial and investment management experience, including 21 years in the private equity industry. From 2004 to 2007, he was treasurer and chief financial officer of ESL Investments Inc., a Greenwich, CT-based private investment fund with partnership assets of $20 billion. From 1997 to 2004, Mr. Jackowitz was a senior vice president and chief financial officer of Harvest Partners Inc., a New York-based middle market private equity firm with assets of more than $1 billion. Earlier in his career, Mr. Jackowitz spent seven years with various divisions of Schroders plc, where he served as treasurer of the North American parent holding company and vice president, finance for the Investment Management Division.

Mr. Jackowitz holds a B.S. in Economics from the George Washington University and an Accounting degree from New York University. He is a Certified Public Accountant.

Robert Kirby


Robert Kirby is the COO of Kemnay and is responsible for all non-investment operations. Mr. Kirby joined Kemnay in December 2011 from Auda where he was the COO/CFO and was on the firm’s executive committee. Before Auda, Mr. Kirby was at Pine Grove Associates where he was the Chief Financial Officer. Prior to Pine Grove Mr. Kirby was the Chief Operating Officer at Maple Financial USA, where he was again focused for all non-investment operations for the US proprietary trading, hedge fund, and securities lending activities. Earlier in his career he was responsible for financial and operational control for fixed income trading at Deutsche Bank and Cantor Fitzgerald. Mr. Kirby holds an MBA from Cornell University and a BS from Rutgers University. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of New Jersey.

Amy Knapp

Corsair Capital

Ms. Knapp is Chief Operating Officer of Corsair and a member of the firm’s Operating Committee. She joined Corsair in 2001 and is based in New York.

Ms. Knapp leads the finance, operations, legal & compliance, human talent and administrative functions of Corsair. She is also involved with investor relations and various other initiatives at the firm. Prior to joining Corsair, Ms. Knapp was an Associate with J.P. Morgan Chase & Co., where she was involved with the firm’s role as sponsor of the first two Corsair funds raised. Previously, she worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in the firm’s capital markets audit and assurance practice.

Ms. Knapp is a certified public accountant, holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University at Albany, SUNY and an M.B.A. from the New York University Stern School of Business. She serves on the Dean’s Advisory Board for the University at Albany, SUNY’s School of Business.

Sheera Michael

Sheera Michael joined the TZP Group in 2007 as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer. Prior to joining TZP, Sheera served as CEO of Dicar Diamond Tool, a family-owned business, which she managed, expanded and ultimately sold. Sheera began her career in 1982 as a Financial Analyst at Warner Publisher Services, Inc., a division of Time Warner Inc., and after two years became the Assistant Controller of the division. In 1986, she was promoted to Director of Financial Services and then Vice President/Treasurer. Sheera received her B.A. in Finance from Stern College and her M.B.A. from Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University

Eve Mongiardo

Irving Place Capital

Eve Mongiardo is the Chief Operating Officer and a Partner of Irving Place Capital. Ms. Mongiardo has more than 25 years of experience in private equity finance and operations. Prior to joining Irving Place Capital in 2007, Ms. Mongiardo was a financial consultant and principal of her own firm, EGM Advisors. From 2000 to 2005, she was Chief Financial Officer of Soros Private Funds Management. Before joining Soros, Ms. Mongiardo spent more than nine years at Goldman Sachs, most recently as a Vice President in the principal investment area. She started her career at Deloitte Haskins & Sells, where she spent four years in the auditing practice.

Paolo Parziale

Managing Director, Corporate & Fund Accounting

Paolo Parziale is a managing director of Abbott Capital. Mr. Parziale has more than 17 years of financial services experience. He oversees the financial accounting and administration of all fund of funds products, including the preparation of all fund financial reports and tax filings as well as Abbott’s corporate accounting function. Prior to joining Abbott in 2002, Mr. Parziale was an Audit Senior at Ernst & Young, where he worked on audits of investment management firms and various types of commingled funds. Mr. Parziale received his B.S. in Accounting from St. John’s University, his M.B.A. in Finance from New York University and his C.P.A. from the State of New York.
