Blinn Cirella

Saw Mill Capital


Blinn Cirella joined Saw Mill Capital LLC in 2006 as Chief Financial Officer. Saw Mill is a middle market private equity firm that targets industrial manufacturing and service companies with enterprise values of $25-$200 million. She is responsible for accounting, investor reporting, audit and tax preparation, day-to-day operations, compliance support, as well as various other administrative functions.

Prior to joining Saw Mill, Blinn was a Director at Bisys Private Equity Services Inc. a fund administrator, where she was responsible for managing the accounting and administrative functions for a large institutional client. From 1998 – 2004, Blinn was the Controller of Commonfund Capital Inc. and was responsible for overseeing the accounting and reporting functions for numerous fund-of-funds across several asset classes. Prior to Commonfund Capital, Blinn was the Director of Finance and Administration of Orien Ventures, Inc., a small venture capital firm.

Blinn earned her B.S. in Accounting, magna cum laude, from Sacred Heart University. She has passed the series 7, 63 and CPA exams.

Gerald Cimador
CSL Capital

Mr. Cimador is the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of CSL Capital Management, LLC. He oversees all the firm’s operations including accounting, reporting, tax, and regulatory compliance. Mr. Cimador also sits on the firm's Investment Committee.

Prior to joining CSL, Mr. Cimador was the Controller for Moore Capital Management LLC where he was responsible for managing the accounting and reporting functions for the investment manager and affiliated entities. Prior to joining Moore, Mr. Cimador was an audit Manager with Ernst & Young LLP's Financial Services Office and a Senior Auditor at Goldstein Golub Kessler & Company, P.C. primarily focused on the financial services industry.

Mr. Cimador graduated with a B.A. in Accounting from Hofstra University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Jon Goldstein

Southfield Capital Advisors

Jonathan is the CFO of Southfield Capital, an advisor to both private equity and mezzanine debt funds investing in the lower middle market. He joined Southfield in 2007 after serving as Senior Manager of Fund Accounting at Quadrangle Group LLC. Prior to that, Jonathan worked in audit and consulting services for Ernst & Young and in the private equity business of J.H. Whitney and Co. Jonathan is a certified public accountant in Connecticut and received his B.S. in Accounting from Lehigh University.

Sandra Kim-Suk

Catterton Partners

Ms. Kim-Suk is the Chief Financial and Administrative Officer of Catterton. Prior to joining Catterton in mid 2013, she spent over 17 years at Citigroup in various roles including investment banking, capital management and most recently as Chief Operating Officer of their multi-billion infrastructure fund where she was a senior member of the team and concentrated on finance/operations, administration, risk management, and investor relations and fund raising. Ms. Kim-Suk began her career as an investment banker at Salomon Smith Barney where she focused on mergers & acquisitions and capital raising in their Media and Telecom group. Prior to joining Salomon she was at Time Warner Inc. in their Corporate Finance/Strategic Planning group.

Ms. Kim-Suk earned her B.A. in Economics from Smith College and her M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.

Cheri Reeve

Atlas Holdings LLC 

Ms. Reeve joined Atlas in 2010. Prior to joining Atlas, Ms. Reeve was employed at Commonfund for over 11 years and was Controller for the firm's real estate group. At Commonfund, she was responsible for the accounting and reporting for the real estate funds and participated in asset and debt valuation. Ms. Reeve is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin and Fairfield University’s Charles F. Dolan School of Business.
