Aimée Bearer

Unison Realty Partners

Aimée is Chief Financial Officer of Unison Realty Partners. Aimée joined the founder in 2009 to start Unison Realty Partners, a private real estate investment management firm that focuses on retail shopping centers. With 23 years of financial real estate experience in the retail, office, industrial, hotel, multifamily, and development asset classes, Aimée is responsible for all financing, accounting, tax, and operations aspects of the company. Prior to joining Unison, Aimée was a Vice President and Controller at CrossHarbor Capital Partners LLC. Aimée also held positions with CB Richard Ellis and Travelers Realty Investment Co. Aimée received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Merrimack College and is a member of the ICSC, REFA, and CREW.

Beverly Buker

First Republic Bank

Beverly Buker joined First Republic Bank in March 2010 as a Senior Managing Director responsible for providing private banking services to high net worth clients in the Boston and Palm Beach marketplace.

Prior to joining First Republic Bank, Beverly joined Citi Private Bank in 1989 and was with Citi for 20 years in a variety of different functions. Beverly spent 15 years as a Senior Private Banker covering affluent clients in the Boston market place. In June 2004, Beverly was appointed as the Regional Managing Director for the Northeast Region responsible for client relationships and business growth in Boston, Greenwich and Chappaqua New York. In September 2008, Beverly was promoted to Regional Executive for the Metro New York region where she was responsible for all aspects of the Private Banking business in New York City as well as Long Island.

Beverly holds a BA from University of Massachusetts, and an MBA from Suffolk University. In January 2004, Beverly was listed as one of the top 100 Wealth Advisors in the United States by Worth Magazine and holds a Series 7, 63 Security License.

Mark Consoli

Metropolitan Properties of America

Mr. Consoli joined M|P|A as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer in November 2013. He has over 25 years of real estate experience in accounting, finance and operations in multiple asset classes including multifamily, office, retail and hotels. Previously, Mr. Consoli was the Chief Financial Officer of The Simon Konover Company, a privately held diversified real estate owner / operator. He also previously served as Chief Financial Officer of The Davis Companies, a Boston based real estate investment firm. Prior to that, Mr. Consoli held various roles including VP Controller and SVP Finance, ultimately serving as Chief Operating Officer, during his 14-year career at Northland Investment Corp., a diversified real estate operating company with a significant multifamily portfolio. He has been involved in over $3 billion of capital transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and recapitalizations. Mr. Consoli began his career with the Boston office of Ernst & Young. He has a B.S. in Accounting from Bentley University and an MBA from Babson College.

Ami Fatula

Jones Street Investment Partnership

Ami Fatula, CPA, has over 16 years of experience in real estate finance and accounting. As the Chief Financial Officer, Ms. Fatula oversees all aspects of the company’s finances. In this role, Ami is responsible for all accounting, taxes, financial and corporate reporting for both investment management and property operations. 


Ms. Fatula’s background allows her to leverage significant experience in multifamily assets, real estate transactions, private and public company reporting, investor relations and process improvement.  Prior to joining Jones Street, Ami has served as the CFO for Corcoran Management Company and Northland Investment Corporation, overseeing accounting,  reporting, tax, treasury and technology.  Ami also worked for AEW Capital Management as Vice President and Controller of their opportunistic private equity real estate funds and began her career specializing in real estate as an audit manager at Ernst & Young LLP. 


Ms. Fatula is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and earned her B.S. from Isenberg School of Management, University of Massachusetts.

Patrick O’Sullivan

Managing Director & CFO
CrossHarbor Capital

Patrick O’Sullivan is the Chief Financial Officer, a Managing Director and a member of the investment committee of CrossHarbor. He is responsible for finance, accounting, investor reporting, tax and compliance matters as well as managing lender relationships and related financings. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. O’Sullivan was the Vice President of Finance & Accounting of Heritage Property Investment Trust, Inc., a publicly-traded shopping center REIT. While at Heritage, Mr. O’Sullivan was responsible for all facets of finance and accounting including: budgeting and forecasting; managing relationships with Wall Street equity and fixed income analysts and the rating agencies; preparing and reviewing financial reports and SEC filings; and the treasury function. He also managed the MIS and tax functions at Heritage. Previously, he was a Senior Manager with KPMG LLP in Boston where he worked principally with financial institutions and real estate owners and operators including REITs. Mr. O’Sullivan received a B.S. degree in Finance and Accounting from Boston College and is a Certified Public Accountant.
